Brian Diamond runs ChiliStation. He's been cooking competition-style chili for years and started the site to collect the techniques he kept rediscovering: when ground chuck beats ground beef, why bloom the chili powder in fat, what masa actually does to texture, when to add beans (and when not to). Every recipe on the site is tested in Brian's kitchen — not adapted from somewhere else, not generated, not theoretical.
ChiliStation also runs a small merch operation (the Bowl Games shirt series) and a Shopify store for the spice blends Brian uses at home.
Brian's day job is fractional Chief AI Officer work; he founded LanStatus, an MSP, in 2001.
