Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, diced
4 garlic cloves
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans kidney beans
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp brown sugar
Salt and cayenne to taste
Steps

Brown ground beef in a large Dutch oven, drain fat2
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened3
Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, and oregano4
Add crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and 1/2 cup water5
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes6
Add beans and brown sugar, simmer 15 more minutes7
