Beer ChiliTexas Purist
Guinness Extra Stout Texas Chili
Guinness Extra Stout used in place of water gives this no-frills Texas chili a dark, roasty richness. No beans in the traditional sense — just beef, dried chiles, and beer simmered for hours.
