Steps

Roast whole garlic cloves with olive oil at 400°F for 25 minutes until golden and soft

Mash roasted garlic into a paste

Combine garlic paste, broth, cumin, white pepper in a large pot and bring to simmer

Add shredded chicken and navy beans, simmer 15 minutes

Stir in heavy cream and baby spinach, cook until spinach wilts
6
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and thyme
7
Serve topped with shredded cheese
