Steps

Brown all four meats together in a large pot, breaking apart

Drain excess fat, add diced onion and garlic

Cook 5 minutes until softened

Add all spices and stir to coat the meat

Pour in beer and stir up the bottom of the pot

Add crushed tomatoes and simmer 45 minutes

Add kidney beans, simmer 30 more minutes, serve with cornbread
