Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
3 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 onion, diced
6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 tsp cumin
Rice and kimchi to serve
Steps

Brown ground beef in a wok or large pot2
Drain fat and add onion, garlic, and ginger3
Cook 3 minutes, stir in gochujang and cook 2 minutes until fragrant4
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and cumin5
Pour in crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer6
Cook 35 minutes, add kidney beans and simmer 15 more minutes7
