Steps

Brown ground beef in a wok or large pot

Drain fat and add onion, garlic, and ginger

Cook 3 minutes, stir in gochujang and cook 2 minutes until fragrant

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and cumin
5
Pour in crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer
6
Cook 35 minutes, add kidney beans and simmer 15 more minutes
7
Serve over rice with kimchi on the side
