Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft2
Add cumin and smoked paprika, cook 1 minute3
Pour in crushed tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes4
Add white beans and simmer 5 more minutes5
Season salmon cubes with salt and white pepper6
Add salmon to chili and simmer gently 8 minutes until just cooked7
